2017 Apparel Fundraiser

                                                       

Buy for yourself! Your player! Or sell to family, friends and co-workers!

AND RAISE MONEY FOR THE BASKETBALL PROGRAM AT THE SAME TIME!!

In an effort to maximize the potential of this fundraiser, a good goal for each player to reach for is to sell 10 items. However, the minimum requirement is 6 items sold per player.

4 EASY ORDER STEPS:

  1. Choose your apparel items from the Desert Ridge Apparel Store form. Click Here

  2. Choose your design to go with each apparel item you selected Click Here

  3. Fill out the form accordingly Click Here

  4. Turn in Cash/Checks are accepted (payable to Desert Ridge Basketball)

Special Notes When Ordering:

  • Items 7, 8 & 9 come in Heather Gray or Black

  • Only Items 1 & 2 can be ordered in Youth Sizes

  • Min. requirement of 6 items sold per player / Min. requirement 25 orders per design

  • When ordering Adult sizes, mark Adult Sizes as S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X, 4X 

  • $3 EXTRA CHARGE for sizes 2x - 4x

  • When ordering Youth Sizes, mark Youth Sizes as YS, YM, YL, YXL

  • If all orders are turned in on November 15, 2017, orders will deliver on or before November 29, 2017. If not, due to the holidays, orders could deliver as late as Dec. 6th
